NextGen Development Camps
Build the skills and habits that translate to the next level.
NextGen is our foundational program for girls starting at 10U, focused on skating efficiency, confident first touches, and smarter decisions under pressure. Led by Greg Fargo with guest PWHL/NCAA coaches, each camp uses age-appropriate progressions with on-ice skill blocks, off-ice speed/movement, and video + education sessions to inspire driven athletes.

FARGO Hockey and HEAT are teaming up in August 2026
NextGen Development Camp - a four-day, girls-only development experience built for players who are serious about improving how they skate, think, train and compete.
This camp is intentionally designed not as a drill-heavy clinic, but as a complete development day that mirrors how elite players train. Every on-ice and off-ice session is purposeful, progressive, and led by coaches working at the highest levels of the women’s game.

Founder & Head Coach of Fargo Hockey, Greg Fargo is a proven leader in women’s hockey with nearly 20 years of experience, including transforming Colgate University into a national contender and now leading the New York Sirens in the PWHL.

ROC26 filled with 288 registrations and both sessions sold out. ROC27 is $645 per session through November 30, 2026, then $695. Rosters cap at 18 skaters and 2 goalies per team, so spots go quickly.

FAQs
Yes. Per NCAA Rules, all of our camps are open to all. Each camp is limited only by: high school graduation and enrollment numbers. There is limited space available for all positions. Camp enrollment is secured with a successful registration and full payment. Camps are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
